New Milwaukee Cell of the Cartoonist Conspiracy

Tea Krulos, the editor of the fun Milwaukee anthology Riverwurst, is starting a Milwaukee local of the Cartoonist Conspiracy... I've added a section on the message board for this new cell. Good luck fellas!
